We gather every fortnight on the frist and third Friday of the month to enjoy DANCEmandala.
DANCEmandala is a gently guided practice that encourages freeform movement to music.
Each session is an inner journey where you will be guided to enjoy your body’s authentic movement in a safe and non-judgmental space.
Everyone is welcome to this practice to be inspired by dance as a way to stretch and release the body, calm the mind, cultivate inner strength and deepen self-awareness.
Absolutely no dance experience is necessary. There are no steps to learn, no jig too out-of-rhythm, no expression too subtle or too wild ~ all is welcome as a true expression of you.
For many people it will be their first time exploring movement in this way. I well remember my first time…so many unknowns and trepidation. So gather your shaky knees and step into the mystery with others who are doing the same, and I will see you on the dance floor!
