Learn how to use the FREE outdoor fitness equipment in this park safely and effectively during this free 8-week fitness program. Once you know how to use the equipment you can work out FOR FREE when it suits you. You are welcome to attend 1 or all 8 free fitness sessions. All sessions at Tullamore Park will be delivered by Christine Percy from Go Mum! Group Fitness (Cert IV in Fitness; Bachelor of Leisure Management), Christine is focussed to provide care and compassion to the community fitness scene.
Please note: Participant under the age of 18 years are required to have a parent/carer supervise for the duration of the activity. Wear enclosed shoes, clothes suitable for physical activity, and bring a water bottle.
