I would love to welcome to this is deeply nourishing yoga practice. In this class we focus on how we feel rather than how we look. With stress as the central cause for a lack of vitality, it is my intention to take you from stress-to-bliss in one class. I use a combination of gentle movement, breath practices, mediation techniques and restorative yoga that will leave you feeling soothed, relaxed and ready for life’s challenges.
